There are many cooking oils on the market. Being a natural Queen, I prefer to grab the best oils which promotes the lifestyle my family have chose to live. I remember growing up watching my family cook with grease (yuck!), vegetable oil, canola oil, soybean oil (which is flooding the grocery stores) and corn oil. I’m so thankful that we’ve been informed on healthier ways to enjoy food without these deadly choices. So here are the 2 oils that should live in your kitchen ALWAYS.
Grapeseed Oil is the first oil I want to share with you. This oil is high in Omega 6 fatty acids and can be cooked up to 500 degrees. Vitamin E is a huge benefit that’s naturally a part of this oil. Vitamin E helps speed up the healing process, increase skin’s elasticity and takes away hyperpigmentation on the the skin. Grapeseed Oil also boosts the immune system and may prevent high blood pressure.
Many of us know avocados to be a super fruit and it contains the good fat! It’s even better when we know the oils that are packed in it’s enormous seed are full of everything the body needs. Avocado Oil protects your heart while fighting inflammation. Like Grapeseedl Oil, it can be used for your frying and saute’ needs. This oil can be cooked at 500 degree temperatures! If you haven’t given this oil a try, now is the time!
